  • Provide your order number and clear photos or video of the issue
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours

❗ We do not accept returns if:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the product
  • The product was damaged after arrival
  • It’s more than 7 days since delivery

Each case is handled with care. If eligible, you may receive a refund, store credit, or reshipment depending on the situation.
